Ghislaine Comeau

Occupational Therapist and Owner

Ghislaine Comeau

Ghislaine is an occupational therapist and the founder of Red Bridge Occupational Therapy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Université de Moncton and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Université Laval. Her background allows her to combine a strong understanding of human movement with a holistic, human-centered approach.


She provides services in both mental and physical health, supporting adults in reconnecting with meaningful activities, developing autonomy, and building practical, sustainable routines. Known for her calm, attentive, and compassionate presence, Ghislaine strives to ensure clients leave feeling understood and hopeful.


Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and embracing the rhythm of a full and busy life.

Annie-Claude Legere

Occupational Therapist

Annie-Claude Légère

Annie-Claude is an occupational therapist who graduated from Université Laval in 2000. She brings extensive clinical experience to her work, offering practical, client-centered interventions tailored to each individual’s needs.


At Red Bridge Occupational Therapy, she provides services related to return-to-work support, job task analysis, ergonomic assessments, home evaluations, and education in symptom and energy management. Her goal is to support autonomy, safety, and the return to meaningful activities through well-adapted routines.


Outside of work, Annie-Claude enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, exploring creative projects, and unwinding with a good book.

Sylvie Blanchard-Crowley

Occupational Therapist

Sylvie Blanchard-Crowley

Sylvie is an occupational therapist with a background in Physical Activity and Health and a degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen’s University. With extensive clinical experience, she offers a wide range of services including return-to-work support, ergonomic and functional capacity evaluations, home assessments, and mental health services.


Her approach is personalized, welcoming, and non-judgmental, with a strong focus on helping clients reconnect with activities that bring fulfillment, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment. Sylvie values a person-centered approach, strong therapeutic relationships, and practical, sustainable solutions.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, trying new recipes, spending time with family, and attending trivia nights.

Jean-Francois Couvrette

Occupational Therapist

Jean-François Couvrette

Jean-François is an occupational therapist holding a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Ottawa. At Red Bridge Occupational Therapy, he works with adults in both mental and physical health, supporting the return to meaningful activities and overall well-being.


Driven by a desire to help clients build lasting resilience, Jean-François brings a warm, curious, and attentive approach to his work. He hopes the people he supports leave their sessions feeling more like themselves.


Outside of work, he enjoys writing, reflecting over a good coffee, spending time with loved ones, and balancing creative, active, and outdoor pursuits.

Isabelle Guillemette

Administrative Assistant

Isabelle

Isabelle is often the first smile you encounter at Red Bridge Occupational Therapy. Warm,

friendly, and easy to talk to, she helps create a welcoming atmosphere from the very first

interaction.

Behind the scenes, Isabelle takes care of the administrative tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly on a daily basis, for both clients and the team. Her attentive presence makes her a key member of Red Bridge Occupational Therapy.

Noella Arsenault

Administrative Assistant

Noella

Noella is an experienced administrative assistant with a strong background in supporting a busy occupational therapy clinic. She is known for her organization, calm presence, and ability to keep things on track. She brings reliability and compassion to every task.

Outside of work, Noella enjoys spending quiet afternoons crocheting in her backyard under the gazebo—a personal retreat where creativity and relaxation come together.
